and Laon; a "Table Régionale de Picardie" and Routard

The restaurant has two rooms :
- One large spacious room with open fireplace for private meals
or family functions: wedding reception, baptism, communion... Also
an ideal setting for professional meetings: seminars, cocktails...
- A second light and spacious room with veranda, which offers
a good view of the small village of Bourg-et-Comin.
Aisne is a gastronomic region, which the Chef Mr. Dardenne
will have the pleasure of introducing to you to with his seasonal cuisine.
The restaurant specialities at Auberge de la Vallée
include several
Maroilles cheese recipes (notably with Maroilles
Fauquet), Picardy "Rabotte", slices
of Pork,
Soissons Beans, red berries, local
cider, Craonnelle wine or champagne (one
of the Aisne labels of quality).
The restaurant can host groups of up to 120
persons.
